From nationally recognized, celebrity-endorsed brands to neighborhood bistros to mammoth family entertainment centers collaborating with billion-dollar gaming brands, Chris can bring any concept to light.

Deena Sayers

Deena Sayers is a NYC-based bar and beverage consultant who has put her magic touch on over 200 bars and restaurants in five countries. Through her knowledge and experience in operational management, computer programming, and talent for craft cocktailing, she thrives on her consulting business, whether it’s building new or overhauling wearisome bar programs.

  • Using innovative marketing strategies, and brand partnerships, along with sound operational procedures, she designs programs tailored for each venue. She was setting each bar up for success by personally educating each staff member in creative techniques along with speed and efficiency.

    Deena provides cocktail strategy and education for several liquor companies; Doña Vega mezcal, The Macklowe whiskey, and Chambord. She’s also the founder of a line of superfood-based cocktail salts called Mezsal which is her way of sharing her love for creating unique and vibrant cocktails to a wider reach.

Bryan Ogden

Bryan Ogden

Bryan Ogden, son of celebrated chef, author, and restaurateur Bradley Ogden, is regarded as one of the nation’s top chefs. Growing up cruising the farmer’s markets in Northern California with his father, Ogden learned the importance of farm-to-table cuisine at a young age. His father’s strict devotion to supporting local farmers, fishermen, and ranchers plays a large role in his menus today. Following in his father’s footsteps Ogden attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Bryan has worked with celebrated chefs, such as Charlie Trotter, Michael Mina, Alice Waters, and Michel Richard.

  • Working with his father, Ogden opened the highly acclaimed BRADLEY OGDEN restaurant in 2003 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. At BRADLEY OGDEN he generated daily changing seasonal menus that upheld his father's concept of modern American cooking. Like his father, Ogden is a hands on chef who believes in the power of demonstrating techniques and mentoring. He led his father’s restaurant BRADLEY OGDEN at Caesars Palace to the James Beard Award for “Best New Restaurant in the Country,” Four Stars from Mobil, as well as a Michelin Star.

    Ogden’s passion for wine is as deep as his passion for the kitchen. At BRADLEY OGDEN he doubled as Wine Director, overseeing the restaurant’s 500 selection wine program.

    In 2008, Ogden opened the acclaimed Apple Restaurant and Lounge in West Hollywood, California. He then partnered with Bart Mahoney, former Vice President of Food and Beverage at the Bellagio, to create Munch Bar. The highly anticipated casual eatery opened to great praise in April 2010 at Caesar’s Palace. In the fall of 2010, Ogden joined the culinary team of the highly anticipated Sugar Factory Brasserie at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. As the Director of Culinary Development for Sugar Factory, Ogden developed, opened, and maintained all aspects of their culinary program company-wide. Bryan played a huge role In Sugar Factory’s development and expansion. He was there for the past ten years and decided to embark on a new challenge.

Courtney Todd

Passionate about building brands, Courtney has led several B2C and B2B marketing departments and consulted as a Fractional CMO and Creative Director for local and international brands, including The Gameroom Powered by Hasbro, Juvia’s Place, Evry Health, and Kure Oxygen Water.

She leads the branding and marketing for our clients, helping them reach their fullest potential through brand development, strategic marketing consulting, and beautiful, engaging marketing materials.

Kevin Kochman

Kevin is a hospitality industry leader with international and franchise experience in both casual dining and Family Entertainment Center segments with direct responsibility for brand evolution, growth strategies, and cross-functional operations support. He has multifaceted international & domestic experience in franchise development, operations support, executive training, supply chain, new unit development, targeted P&L optimization, and cross-functional project implementation. Kevin has worked with The Gameroom Powered by Hasbro, Main Event Entertainment USA, and Applebee’s International.
